At AZANA SPORT we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your items you have 30 calendar days after the receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please send images of your items in original condition, a brief description of the reasoning for the return, as well as a clear image of your order invoice to azanasport@gmail.com. Ensure your email is titled with your order number. If your return is accepted, you may return your items using the shipping address provided to you via email. Please note, AZANA SPORT does not cover the shipping charges associated with a return unless the item provided is defective, damaged, or an incorrect order was received.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You may always contact us for any return questions at azanasport@gmail.com. Our email turnaround time is 72 business hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide support and assistance. If an item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect you will be provided a return label for the item and shipped a new item once confirmation of the return shipment is provided via email. If the item purchased is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the defective item upon receipt of your return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items may  not be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are not returnable or refundable. 

Kindly note, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. The quickest way to secure your desired items is to return the item you have, and once you receive your confirmation email stating that your return has been accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original order amount, excluding shipping, via the payment method associated with your order. Please note it can take 5-7 business days for returns to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution.
